1. Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the Ramus™ Mediation Assessment & Preparation Engine, including copyrights, trademarks (registered or unregistered), trade secrets, proprietary methodologies, algorithms, analytical frameworks, templates, software, and branding (collectively, the "Ramus™ IP"), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Ramus™ (or its licensors, as applicable).
2. Trademark Notice. "Ramus™" and any associated logos, stylised marks, or designations are trademarks of Ramus™. All use of such marks inures solely to the benefit of Ramus™. No party or third party acquires any right, title, or interest in the Ramus™ trademarks.
3. Limited Licence. The licensed mediator is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use each generated report solely for the purpose of preparing for and conducting the specific mediation for which it was generated. Sections 8 and 9 of each report (Agreement to Mediate and Memorandum of Understanding) may be shared with the parties for the purpose of that mediation only. No other licence or right is granted.

5. Reservation of Rights and Remedies. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Ramus™. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action, including claims for damages, injunctive relief, and recovery of legal costs.
6. Survival. These intellectual property protections survive the conclusion, termination, or abandonment of any mediation process and remain in full force and effect in perpetuity.
